Job Description:

Our client, a market-leading US corporate firm, has recently established a new London office as part of its international expansion. With a strong reputation in the technology sector, the firm advises high-growth companies, investors, and industry leaders on complex corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, and venture capital deals. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing London team at an elite US firm, working closely with highly regarded partners on high-value transactions.

Job Responsibility:

Advising on complex public and private M&A, corporate governance, and restructuring matters
Leading on due diligence, drafting, and negotiations for high-profile deals
Working directly with clients in the tech, financial, and high-growth sectors
Collaborating with US colleagues on cross-border transactions

Requirements:

2–7 years PQE from a top-tier corporate practice
Strong experience in M&A, private equity, or corporate advisory work
Exposure to technology or venture capital transactions is beneficial but not required
UK or common law qualification
High-calibre academics and excellent drafting skills
