Are you a friendly and professional individual looking for a temporary ongoing receptionist role in the heart of London? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in a high-rise office with breathtaking views of the entire city!

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and welcome all guests and employee's visitors with a warm and professional demeanour
  • Extensive telephone management including answering and directing calls appropriately
  • Managing the company inbox
  • Always maintain a tidy and organised reception area
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or corporate customer service role is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • A positive attitude and a team player
