Job Description:

A leading law firm is looking to add a Senior Associate or Principal Associate to its growing Corporate team in Scotland. This firm is known for its forward-thinking approach, empowering its people to deliver excellent client service while being their authentic selves. The Corporate team operates across Edinburgh and Glasgow, advising on a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and shareholder arrangements. The team works with local, national, and international clients across sectors like technology, sports, transport, and living. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious team with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality work.

Job Responsibility:

taking ownership of some transactions
working alongside partners on more complex or high-value deals
contributing to business development activities
building client relationships

Requirements:

solid experience in corporate law 5+ PQE
experience in handling M&A transactions and other corporate deals
experience mentoring and developing junior associates
strong communication skills
commercial mindset
team-oriented approach
