Are you an experienced Corporate Tax professional seeking a leadership role with a firm that truly values its people? Our client, a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Milton Keynes, is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Tax Director to join their team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s corporate tax strategy, mentoring a talented team, and delivering high-quality advisory services to a diverse client base.

Job Responsibility:

Leading and developing the corporate tax department, ensuring excellent client service
Providing high-level corporate tax advisory services to a range of businesses
Managing complex tax projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructures
Identifying tax planning opportunities and delivering strategic tax advice
Working closely with Partners to drive business development and client growth
Mentoring and developing a team of tax professionals

Requirements:

ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation
Proven experience in managing a team and developing client relationships
Must have a minimum of 6 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A proactive and strategic approach to problem-solving
