Our client, a highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants in Northampton, is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious firm that values professional development and career progression.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance and tax planning opportunities
Reviewing tax returns, computations, and advisory work prepared by junior staff
Providing strategic tax advice to clients, including tax-efficient structuring and planning
Mentoring and supporting junior team members to enhance their professional development
Keeping up to date with tax legislation and ensuring best practices are maintained
Working closely with senior management to develop and implement tax strategies

Requirements:

CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified (or working towards qualification)
Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation
Proven experience managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients
Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
