Job Description:

The primary focus of this role will be providing cost analysis summaries, bank account reconciliations, and other financial tracking as directed.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and manage the annual site-specific and company-wide budgets
Establish production 'unit costs' for all products, producing reports and other financial information, particularly cost analysis
Oversee all functions of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Develop reports on Job cost analysis, monitor, and manage annual cash flow spreadsheets
Administer research and development projects
Guide staff with job tracking and financial reports (WIP, budgets, job profitability, etc.)
Conduct periodic bookkeeping functions (monthly, quarterly, and year-end)
Maintain confidentiality of financial, business development, marketing, and sales information

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Cost Accountant role or similar
Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Accounting Functions
Experience in Accounts Payable (AP)
Familiarity with Budget Processes
Experience in handling Cash Activity
