A leading national law firm is seeking a senior solicitor to join their renowned Court of Protection team. This firm combines legal and financial expertise with a strong commitment to client care and community impact, offering a friendly and inclusive environment where everyone is valued.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a team
Driving business development
Handling complex, high-value Court of Protection cases
Collaborating with other departments

Requirements:

5+ years’ PQE in Court of Protection
Team leadership and business development experience
Knowledge of litigation and mental capacity work
Highly organised, commercially aware, and collaborative
