Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Court of Protection Solicitor that is looking to join a top national law firm that will allow 4 days working from home. The role will be working alongside the Partner covering all areas of mental capacity and Court of Protection work with a primary focus on dealing with property and affairs, high value deputyships, personal injury trusts, as well as managing a small team.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

5 years+ PQE with a strong CoP background within property and affairs
experience managing junior team members
interest in business development

What we offer:
