Job Description:

Randstad is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their network of educators. The role involves delivering pre-prepared lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and supporting student progress. It includes day-to-day, long-term, and permanent placements in schools across Warrington.

Job Responsibility:

Supervising and delivering pre-set lessons across different subjects
Ensuring students remain engaged and focused on their learning
Managing classroom behavior and following school policies
Collaborating with colleagues to assess and support student progress

Requirements:

Experience teaching or supporting learning in UK schools
Two references from the last five years, including one related to child safeguarding
A DBS registered on the update service
A comprehensive 10-year job history

Nice to have:

Experience in the independent sector
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
