Job Description:

A rewarding role in a supportive secondary school setting, focusing on supervising classes and delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of regular teachers.

Job Responsibility:

Supervising classes across various subjects, ensuring students remain focused and engaged in their learning
delivering pre-planned lessons and activities in a clear and engaging manner, adapting your approach to cater to different learning styles
managing classroom behaviour effectively, creating a positive and respectful learning environment where all students feel safe and supported
collaborating with teaching staff, providing feedback on student engagement and progress, and contributing to a positive school culture.

Requirements:

Excellent communication
interpersonal and classroom management skills
adaptable
resourceful
confident in your ability to engage with secondary school students
passion for education
genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young people
experience working in a secondary school setting is desirable but not essential.
