Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a wonderful Secondary School in Sawston. As a Cover Supervisor, you will ensure that learning continues seamlessly in the absence of teachers. You will supervise students across various subjects, deliver pre-planned lessons, create a respectful and inclusive atmosphere, and provide feedback on student progress.

Job Responsibility:

Maintaining a positive learning environment
implementing lesson materials in an engaging manner
adapting approach to suit different learning styles
managing classroom behaviour effectively
providing feedback on student engagement and progress

Requirements:

Excellent communication
interpersonal and classroom management skills
adaptable
resourceful
confident in engaging with secondary school students
passion for education
genuine desire to make a difference in young lives
experience in secondary school setting desirable but not essential

Nice to have:
