Job Description:

We are looking for compassionate and experienced Cover Supervisors for the schools of Chippenham who can provide timely support to the teachers, take the pre-planned lessons, engage with students, conduct assignments and contribute to student development.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise classrooms in the absence of teachers to ensure students are focused on their learning goals
Execute planned lessons and maintain classroom order following school policies
Assist students in completing their assignments by offering guidance and support
Coordinate with teaching staff to uphold educational standards and consistency in teaching methods during temporary coverage
Attend school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities as mandated.

Requirements:

Eligibility to work in the UK
Enhanced Child DBS on the update service
Relevant experience in the UK schools
Ability to provide 2 professional references
Strong communication, behaviour and management skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
