We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a supportive Secondary School team in Bury St Edmunds. The role involves supervising students, delivering pre-prepared lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and adapting to diverse learning needs.

Job Responsibility:

supervising students in the absence of their regular teacher
delivering pre-prepared lessons and activities
adapting approach to diverse learning needs
managing classroom behaviour
collaborating with teaching staff and providing feedback on student engagement and progress

Requirements:

excellent communication and interpersonal skills
strong organisational and classroom management skills
adaptable and resourceful
passionate about education and committed to supporting the learning journey of every student

Nice to have:

knowledge of A-level specification
SEN experience
