Job Description:

We’re seeking a Creative Strategic Planner to develop innovative, data-driven concepts that create impactful experiences. This role merges research, creative thinking, marketing strategy, and data analysis to craft ideas that engage audiences and align with business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct and manage research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and actionable insights
Identify and analyze emerging trends to inspire creative solutions
Develop data-informed strategies for new experiences
Develop audience-focused concepts that align with marketing objectives and creative vision
Use methodologies like Design Thinking to transform how experiences are designed and marketed
Shape and refine concepts from a creative marketing standpoint, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and align with business objectives
Partner with internal teams to deliver strategic presentations, concepts, and creative solutions

Requirements:

Professional proficiency in English
3+ years of experience in strategic planning, creative agencies, startups, or consultancy roles
A business-oriented mindset is highly valued
Experience with Meta Ads Manager is a plus
Passion for trends research, digital marketing, and social media
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in high-demand, fast-moving environments
Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills
