Job Description:

The Credit Portfolio Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for credit risk management function on retail unsecured lending business, including conducting credit policy formation and reviews, portfolio monitoring and/or risk mitigation actions. The overall objective of this role is to manage Citi's credit risk strategy and management in retail lending business.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct credit policy formation and reviews
Monitor and manage unsecured lending credit cycle
Prepare regular MIS / reports for unsecured lending portfolios monitoring
Automate/ digitalize routine MIS for better efficiency
Perform regular monitoring and validation on unsecured lending credit strategy
Manage credit risk function in acquisition, portfolio and/or collection actions
Conduct analysis to fine-tune acquisition or portfolio management strategies
Perform control programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and group requirements
Participate in various business, risk, system & regional projects

Requirements:

Bachelor or Post-graduate degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science or other related quantitative disciplines
Minimum 4-7 years of portfolio risk management experience in Cards and Unsecured Lending Products
Highly numerate, good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others with leadership potential
Sound knowledge in SAS programming, data mining and MS Word / Excel / Access / Power-Point
Experienced in Tableau, TRIAD or Credit Decision Engine is an advantage
