Job Description:

We are creating an opportunity for a diligent Credit Analyst to be a part of our team based in Bloomington, Minnesota. In this role, you will be tasked with the management of customer accounts, the processing of credit applications, and the maintenance of accurate customer records. You will also be entrusted with the resolution of customer inquiries and the consistent monitoring of accounts, ensuring timely actions are taken when necessary.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently process and manage customer credit applications
Maintain precise records of customer credit details
Resolve customer inquiries promptly
Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate actions when needed
Assist in the generation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on accounts receivable aging, cash flow, and collections performance
Maintain detailed records of communication and collection efforts
Handle the completion of Lien Waivers and Vendor ACH forms
Utilize Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for optimal performance
Apply knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Flow Analysis, Collection Processes, and Credit in daily tasks
Process credit applications ensuring all procedures and controls are adhered to

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Credit Analyst or in a similar role
Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools
Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
Ability to perform Cash Flow Analysis
Understanding of Collection Processes
Proficient in evaluating Credit and processing Credit Applications
