Job Description:

The Credit Maintenance Senior Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for capturing and recording data on credit exposures, obligors and facilities in relevant credit systems. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate and maintain data quality in credit systems, monitor and report credit exposure, escalate deficiencies and recommend delinquent strategies in alignment with overall credit policies.

Job Responsibility:

Cooperation with other regional teams
Reviews credit documents and ensure that they are in compliance with Citibank policies and standards
Process incoming credit requests and review for completeness and accuracy, convert to concise, accurately recorded credit lines
Take ownership of the data, understand data flows for all data element categories, investigate and resolve the underlying causes of errors
Participate in user acceptance testing of and training for new systems/releases related to credit reporting
Apply in-depth knowledge and contribute to the development of new techniques and processes
Assume informal/formal leadership role within teams as well as coach and train new recruits
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

Requirements:

5-8 years of relevant experience
Ability to produce work accurately and under pressure to challenging deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Some credit risk and product knowledge
Ability to adapt to new situations and implement changes
