Job Description:

Are you a dedicated Criminal & Immigration Solicitor looking for flexible locum work? We’re seeking an experienced solicitor to provide part-time cover, handling a mix of criminal defence and immigration matters.

Job Responsibility:

Handling a mix of criminal defence and immigration matters
Providing part-time cover

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with experience in criminal law & immigration cases
Strong advocacy skills, including police station and court representation
Ability to handle asylum, visa applications, deportation, & human rights cases
Must have a valid Practising Certificate
Duty Solicitor accreditation (preferred but not essential)

Nice to have:

Duty Solicitor accreditation
