Job Description:

Randstad is seeking highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurses to join their team. The position involves providing exceptional care to individuals with complex mental health needs in a fast-paced crisis environment.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of complex mental health needs
Develop and implement effective treatment plans
Manage risk effectively
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless care
Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication
Work effectively under pressure in crisis situations

Requirements:

First Level Registered Nurse (RNMH, RMN, RNLD)
Proven post-registration clinical experience (minimum 12-24 months)
Experience working with service users in crisis
Awareness of professional accountability, NMC standards, and relevant initiatives

Nice to have:

Mentor training
Understanding of difficult-to-manage/challenging behaviours
Clinical leadership and delegation skills
