Our client, a leading organisation in the membership sector, is seeking a dedicated CRM Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis in Holborn, London. If you're ready to make a difference and support members with their new single sign-on solution, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Answering phone and email inquiries to support members with our new single sign-on solution
  • Assisting members in unlocking and accessing their accounts
  • Monitoring inboxes and phone lines for efficient communication
  • Resetting member emails through our Salesforce CRM
