Job Description:

CRM Marketing Specialist will produce, segment, manage and deliver timely campaigns (email, SMS, push and direct mail); creating calendars, reviewing content, audience targeting and campaign setup. CRM Marketing Specialist will work with data teams to ensure optimum automation and personalization techniques; add value by evaluating, recommending and supporting testing of new programs and process enhancements. CRM Marketing Specialist will open and track all jobs with internal creative teams, CRM teams and agencies; coordinate communication of new campaigns to key stakeholders – both internal and external.

Job Responsibility:

Produce, segment, manage and deliver timely campaigns (email, SMS, push and direct mail)
Create calendars, review content, audience targeting and campaign setup
Work with data teams to ensure optimum automation and personalization techniques
Evaluate, recommend and support testing of new programs and process enhancements
Open and track all jobs with internal creative teams, CRM teams and agencies
Coordinate communication of new campaigns to key stakeholders – both internal and external

Requirements:

3-5 years managing email campaigns (Zeta, Salesforce, SendGrid/Twilio, CheetahMail, Sparkpost, etc.)
Experience working in marketing automation platform
SQL knowledge preferred
Excitement to be on-site 5 days a week in a collaborative environment
