Job Responsibility:

Local representative of the company and client relationship maintenance and accompaniment
Work with clients to design, implement, and support company solutions, in particular Vertical CRM (ZOHO based)
Lead or participate in project implementations, in particular Vertical CRM (ZOHO based)
Manage cross-functional interactions to ensure consistent and positive client facing
Assist project’s management and clearly communicate project status
Provide guidance for issues
Create and provide custom reports.

Requirements:

Team management experience
Operational experience on field doing projects rollout
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Project Management Experience
Good IT knowledge
CRM knowledge and CRM project implementation
An ability to work within a team environment of overlapping responsibilities
Self-motivated with an ability to manage time effectively
Creative, unbiased, and willing to try new ideas in order to solve a problem
Patient with a willingness to listen and learn new technologies and concepts
An ability to analyze a business situation, recommend change, and document the processes
Excellent listening, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Be comfortable delivering presentations to customers and teammates
Automotive experience
Hungarian and English speaking is mandatory
Availability to travel.
