Job Description:

The Culinary Apprentice will support the kitchen in providing the culinary offer by preparing, cooking and finishing a range of food items whilst rotating around each section of the kitchen. The apprentice will work as part of a kitchen brigade to ensure the quality of the food items produced meet brand, organizational and legislative requirements including the completion of food safety management documentation. Responsibilities also include maintaining high standards of personal, food and kitchen hygiene.

Requirements:

Eligible to work in the UK including EU citizens who already lived in the UK by 31 December 2020
High standards of personal, food and kitchen hygiene
Completion of food safety management documentation
