Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Account Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will focus on setting up customer accounts, handling sensitive customer data, and processing applications. You will be part of a dedicated team working in an office environment, contributing to our customer success organization. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately and efficiently process customer credit
Maintain detailed and accurate records
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
Input data into our system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
Handle sensitive customer data with utmost confidentiality
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Verify applications through occasional phone calls
Manage escalations effectively and professionally
Maintain a high level of detail orientation throughout all duties

Requirements:

Proficiency in Salesforce
Excellent knowledge of computer programs
Ability to handle and manage answering inbound calls
Proven experience in assisting customers and providing top-notch service
Knowledge of application processes in a customer account setting
