The Opportunity My client is currently seeking experienced Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join their team on Swan St Richmond due to experiencing growth during peak times.

Job Responsibility:

High volume calls - Inbound Call Centre - Assisting customers via the phone to meet their needs
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Contributing to the success of our business through making recommendations for improvement and taking ownership of your own results
Meeting the high standards expected within our culture and customer expectations such as call handling times and call quality

Requirements:

High volume calls - Inbound Call Centre - Assisting customers via the phone to meet their needs
