Job Description:

We are partnering with our esteemed client in Geebung needing exceptional Customer Care Consultants to join their dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Answer or respond to customer enquiries with aim to resolve on first point of contact
Process service requests received via phone, web platform and email
Assist operations team with resolving any service delivery delays or issues
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling critical and sensitive customer data
Participate in ongoing training to continuously enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service
can effectively manage a variety of situations with a positive attitude
comfortable working with computer systems
prior customer service experience
eager to learn and grow through feedback and development opportunities
experience in Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
must be comfortable in busy fast paced environment
must be available to start within a weeks notice of interviewing for the role
must be at least 18 years old
Australian Citizen
successfully pass a police check, drug and alcohol test, and standard pre-employment checks
