Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Coordinator to join our clients team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our customer support efforts, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Job Responsibility:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and solutions
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience
Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally in a coordinator or support capacity
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
A customer-centric approach with a passion for helping others
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
