Job Description:

For Kuehne Nagel Brucargo, we are looking for a customer service specialist in the healthcare department. As a customer service specialist, you will deliver excellent customer service, build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and growth. Through regular, direct interaction with customers, you will gain a clear understanding of their requirements, expectations and changing business needs.

Job Responsibility:

Taking responsibility for shipments and ensuring efficient file processing
Consistently monitor shipments and proactively communicate with customers
Manage and encourage customer growth, focusing on customer retention and satisfaction
Keeping up to date with customer-centric digital solutions and encouraging their use
Actively contribute to customer implementations and participate in training sessions
Boost profitability by focusing on executing spot quotes, fast response times, upselling

Requirements:

You have strong communication skills and work well in a team
You can adapt well to changing environments and situations
You work in a solution-oriented way
You highly value customer satisfaction and think about maximum profitability
You speak and write English fluently, in addition you have a good knowledge of Dutch or French
You already have experience in air logistics or have completed a relevant study

Nice to have:

Experience in health care is a plus
