Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction
Handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and other communication channels
Maintain accurate customer records and track interaction notes in a CRM system
Proactively identify customer needs and offer personalized solutions and services
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and deliver timely resolutions
Assist in developing initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience
Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, resolution accuracy, and client satisfaction

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a related role
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
