Job Description:

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist in the manufacturing industry. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be tasked with handling customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, and ensuring the processing of customer applications.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications
Maintain precise records of customer credit
Manage and monitor customer accounts actively
Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner
Utilize computer programs and CRM to assist customers effectively
Provide support in executing billing functions
Perform benefit functions as per the organizational policies
Handle answering inbound calls with utmost detail orientation

Requirements:

Proficiency in various computer programs relevant to customer service
Extensive experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Familiarity with the About Time software or similar time tracking tools
Proven ability to handle and manage answering inbound calls effectively
Demonstrated expertise in assisting customers, resolving queries, and providing solutions
Knowledge of benefit functions within a manufacturing setting
Experience with billing functions, including invoice generation and payment tracking
