Job Description:

We are offering a temporary to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist in Dalton, Georgia. This role is essential within our custom manufacturing company, working onsite to support our commercial accounts. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be a key player in maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service by managing orders, coordinating shipments, and assisting with customer inquiries.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately and efficiently process customer orders to ensure all details are correct
Coordinate shipments, ensuring all deliveries are made in a timely manner
Provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries regarding order status, shipping details, and general account concerns via phone and email
Generate and provide freight quotes to meet customer needs and budget constraints
Assist with periodic stock counts to maintain accurate inventory management
Use CRM to manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Handle billing functions and prepare quotations for customers
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook for various tasks, ensuring a high level of proficiency

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in a role similar to a Customer Experience Specialist
Capability to effectively and efficiently assist customers
Proficiency in billing functions and practices
Experience in using CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) software
Excellent customer service skills and experience
Knowledge and experience in preparing and managing quotations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for detail-oriented communication
