Job Description:

The chosen applicant will be actively involved in the healthcare industry, providing top-notch customer service to patients and their families. This role requires a high level of interaction with clients, both in person and over the phone, and includes responsibilities such as managing appointments, assisting with navigation, and responding to patient complaints.

Job Responsibility:

Act as a non-clinical liaison for patients
Interface with patients, their families, and visitors
Facilitate the scheduling of physician appointments
Handle transportation-related queries
Communicate patient and guest concerns
Manage and monitor patient appointments
Adhere to and promote compliance with the healthcare system's standards
Provide guidance and supervision to a team of volunteers
Use Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain accurate customer records and manage scheduling
Employ strong leadership skills to foster a team environment and maintain high service quality

Requirements:

Proficiency in Customer Service
Excellent Communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Experience in Training
Able to efficiently Schedule Appointments
Compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Strong understanding of Quality control principles and maintaining databases
Experience in Scheduling tasks and Supervising team members
Knowledge of 'About Time' software for time tracking
Familiar with Medical Coverage policies and procedures
Strong Leadership Skills
Security conscious
Proficiency in English Language
Experience in Facility management
Excellent Public Relations skills
Knowledge of best Practices in customer navigation and service
Ability to Execute tasks efficiently and effectively
Respect for Confidentiality
Excellent TeamWork skills
Familiarity with Component Selection
Knowledge of HealthCare.gov policies and procedures
