Job Responsibility:

Handle and resolve customer complaints from various channels
investigate the complaint’s root cause
liaise with internal and external parties for thorough investigation of complaints
conduct service quality assessments
support the review of internal complaint handling guideline
taking ownership and accountability by resolving complaints urgently

Requirements:

Excellent mediation skill
strong analytical skill
problem-solving skills
able to handle complaints independently, efficiently and confidentially
5-10 years of experiences in customer services, especially in complaints handling
maintaining a 'Can-Do' Attitude
attention to details
strong presentation and interpersonal skills
mature and able to work under pressure
logical thinker
resilient, open-minded with high level of independency
confidence to interact with varying levels of seniority
good command of verbal and written English and Chinese
proficient in Putonghua would be an advantage
proficient in common PC applications, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
