Job Description:

The position supports the delivery of the customer research and insights program including voice of customer initiatives, managing end-to-end research processes for key projects, and providing insight communications and metric reporting.

Job Responsibility:

Planning, development, coordination and delivering of quantitative and qualitative research initiatives
Gathering and provision of customer insights to innovate and inform business decisions and processes
Procurement of research services and management of research supplier relationships
Interpretation of research data to support critical paths and trends
Drawing on diverse information to analyze customer impacts
Utilize market research skills to enhance communications, programs, and services
Offer insights to deepen the understanding of customer perspective

Requirements:

Planning, development, coordination and delivering of quantitative and qualitative research initiatives

Offer insights to deepen the understanding of the customer perspective
