Our client is seeking a confident Customer Service Administrator to join their team based in Exeter. The ideal candidate will be helping to provide excellent service and support the Customer Service Executives by providing an efficient response to incoming enquiries, processing documents accurately and actioning tasks in a timely manner.
Job Responsibility:
Liaise closely with and provide support for the Customer Service Executives
Process all documentation correctly and maintain files and records according to procedures
Ability to pick up and use multiple systems for various tasks quickly
Obtain appointments from customer base
Forward queries and keep managers, supervisors, colleagues informed as necessary
Maintaining accurate records
Complete all VIP calls according to schedule
Action all messages received from customers in a timely manner
Carry out tasks to comply with Company Policy and Health & Safety
Maintain confidentiality of Company and customer business
Foster and maintain good working relations with customers, Company and colleagues
Utilise the ABS computer system (training provided)
Carry out any other reasonable request made by management and other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
Excellent IT and administration skills
Excellent telephone manner
Confident in dealing with customers
Great customer service skills and ethos
Must have a proactive approach to work with the ability to self-manage
Must be methodical and very well organised
