Job Responsibility:

Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and letters
Processing orders and ensuring accuracy in all transactions
Maintaining and updating customer records with precision
Collaborating with our production team to provide timely updates on order status
Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
Support with internal sales activity when following up email campaigns and advertising activity
Setting up of new customer accounts with ease
Contributing to our continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or administration, manufacturing desirable not essential
Strong communication skills and a team player
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems
Experience with Sage Software an advantage
The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

Nice to have:

Experience with Sage Software
