Job Description:

Are you passionate about customer service and communication? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and problem-solving are key? If so, we want to speak to YOU about our fantastic In-bound Customer Service opportunity in the heart of Hull! This will initially be a temporary role for 2/3 months and once you have proven your ability you will be considered for a permanent role!

Job Responsibility:

Be the friendly voice on the phone! Answer inbound calls swiftly while maintaining a professional demeanour.
Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming inquiries, logging information accurately.
Build exceptional relationships with our customers, ensuring that every interaction exceeds expectations.
Fulfil bookings promptly and cost-effectively.
Support the bookings coordinators with last-minute requests.
Keep the systems updated with all relevant information, ensuring a smooth service delivery and ensuring compliance with GDPR guidelines
Stay proactive and efficient in completing daily tasks and any additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

A passion for customer service with a can-do attitude!
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Confident using IT systems and the ability to learn new systems and skills at a fast pace
Excellent time management abilities and flexibility in adapting to changing demands.
Teamwork spirit and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
A calm and collected demeanour and someone who thrives in a busy role.
