Job Description:

Looking to recruit a Customer services advisor to join a leading Property Maintenance Contractor based in Basildon

Job Responsibility:

responding to inbound communications from tenants (calls and emails)
managing a high volume of calls and repair requests
diagnosing repairs ensuring the right information is captured and validated
booking in repair work when needed, ensuring the correct operative has been scheduled
managing ingoing and outgoing mail/ inbox

Requirements:

previous experience within the repairs and maintenance sector, or a trade-based background
good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal
excellent customer service skills
