Job Description:

Are you a natural communicator and negotiator? Do you enjoy helping customers make decisions and closing sales? This opportunity is for you!

Job Responsibility:

Contact provided leads and establish strong initial connections
Answer customer inquiries and understand their needs
Provide detailed and customized quotes
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring top-tier service
Coordinate with different branches, including those in the U.S.
Follow up on customer files and manage priorities efficiently

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years in customer service and/or sales
Excellent communication skills in French & English, both spoken and written
Autonomous
Organized
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Thrives Under Pressure
