Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Customer Service Executive to join our growing company in the Customer Service Team. This job would suit someone with at least 6 months of post-graduate customer service experience, who enjoys providing excellent service to the customers with a smile and who is looking to build a long-term career in a customer service environment.

Job Responsibility:

Liaise with customers and potential customers by live chat, telephone, and email
assist customers with their queries in relation to their orders and the company
multi-tasking with an element of urgency
provide exceptional levels of customer service
train to become an expert in the industry
achieve and exceed customer service targets
be resilient to a constantly changing environment

Requirements:

6 months of post-graduate customer service experience
enjoys providing excellent service to customers
looking to build a long-term career in a customer service environment
