Solves customer issues effectively and manages customer escalations in a timely manner
Trains and develops the Customer Care Team to enhance their performance and skills
Handles technical and customer escalations with professionalism and efficiency
Maintains and updates corporate ordering portals and product catalogs
Enters and processes orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of order fulfillment
Requirements:
Proficient in Data Entry
Ability to handle Email Correspondence effectively
Experience with handling both Inbound and Outbound Calls
