Job Description:
This role involves managing after-sales service operations, support for foreign trade businesses, and wholesale administration, including technical training and improvement of processes in a luxury brand environment.
Job Responsibility:
  • Management of after-sales service related operations
  • Promotion of systemization and efficiency improvement and related project management
  • Implementation and maintenance of after-sales service policies
  • Preparation and analysis reports
  • Planning and supporting technical training in the home country
  • Planning and implementation of technical and quality control training for store staff
  • Service center management support
  • People management
  • After-Sales service administration
  • Receipt of repaired products and preparation of quotations
  • Delivery and quality control of repaired products
  • Repair price and cost control
  • Ordering and inventory control of repaired parts
  • Installation and maintenance of point-of-purchase services
  • Updating and revision of manuals
  • Wholesale Administration
  • Telephone inquiries (inventory, delivery dates, etc)
  • Order and delivery management
  • Arrangement of goods and equipment
  • Handling of repaired products
  • Consignment management
  • Buy-Back support
  • Invoice processing
  • Promotion of efficiency, such as introduction of order receipt system
  • Support for foreign trade business
  • Management of carry-out inventory
  • Consignment goods management
  • System processing of sales recording
  • Client service response desk
  • Respond to question and requests escalated from Client Service
  • Coordination with related department information
Requirements:
  • Able to work with the spirit 'One Team' which is part of the company
  • Able to communicate smoothly both internally and externally
  • English language skill to conduct meeting with HQ and to make correspondence related to the assigned tasks by oneself
  • Good at analysis and processes management
  • Ability to analyze and manage data using excel (IF, VLOOKUP, PIVOT, and other functions)
  • Experience with ERP (M3/SAP, etc)
  • Experience with watches, jewelry and repair is a plus
