Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Processing customer transactions effectively and accurately
Providing customers with high levels of customer service
Identify opportunities to help customers by referring them to the right person
Continuously look for new ways to improve the customer experience
Assisting with cash/ATM transactions
Adhering to banks processes and procedure

Requirements:

Exceptional customer service skills - open to industry retail or hospitality
Excellent levels of communication
Active listening skills
High attention to detail
