Job Description:

Casual Recreation Centre - Customer Service Officer. Work within a fun, dedicated and hardworking team. Connect with community members to create positive experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver exceptional customer service to all patrons
Collaborate effectively in a team environment
Assist with the Junior Gym program on a Tues & Fri morning - being physically fit and able to set up and pack down equipment
Deal appropriately with cash handling and EFTPOS machines
Assisting the kiosk coordinator with day to day tasks
Serve snacks, meals and hot / cold drinks in the kiosk area
Responding appropriately to emergency situations
Resolve problems and handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements:

Working with Children Check
National Police Check
Current First Aid Certificate
Barista Certificate (highly regarded)
Food handling certificate (highly regarded)
Responsible Service of Alcohol (highly regarded)
First Aid Certificate (highly regarded)

What we offer:

Casual hourly rate of $33.96 ph + super
