Job Description:

The role involves joining our team as a Customer Service Representative - Producer Services, where you will handle customer service duties in a contact center environment.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure a superior customer experience through incoming calls and emails in a high-volume, fast-paced contact center
Take full responsibility for the timely handling of customer requests in a detail oriented, accurate and efficient manner
Build quick rapport and respond to customers compassionately, meeting and exceeding their expectations
Utilize multiple systems and applications to research, analyze and resolve customer inquiries
Uphold performance and quality standards across all tasks
Analyze information to make appropriate decisions and solve problems, while maintaining a positive customer experience
Learn and apply basic concepts of personal lines insurance principles and products offered
Collaborate effectively with team members and business partners to enhance customer experience
Be able to work a scheduled shift between the hours of 7 am-8 pm CST
Assist with special requests and complete additional tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

Exceptional customer service skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of operations and the ability to effectively manage them
Research abilities
Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls
Knowledge of insurance, specifically in areas such as claim administration, underwriting, and disability claims
Familiarity with 'About Time' software
Experience in revenue accounting and performing ad hoc financial tasks
Understanding of property-related matters
Strong collaboration skills
Understanding of fundamental principles related to the job role
Basic computer skills
Ability to work onsite
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to uphold and maintain quality standards
Ability to conduct oneself in a detail-oriented manner
