Job Description:

A long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is situated in the mortgage servicing industry where you will engage with customers, handle inbound requests, and utilize internal software.

Job Responsibility:

Handle a variety of customer inquiries, including website assistance and escrow processing
Engage positively and courteously with every homeowner, providing superior customer service
Handle outbound collection activities for accounts, primarily those less than 30 days past due
Direct eligible homeowners towards refinancing opportunities through the Originations department
Keep track of performance expectations
Become proficient in using our proprietary servicing software and contribute to system improvement recommendations
Route different types of calls to the appropriate internal parties using established escalation paths
Maintain an eagerness to learn and adapt to different personality types

Requirements:

Proficiency in Call Center Customer Service
Must possess excellent Customer Service skills
A high level of understanding and ability to deliver Superior Customer Service
Knowledge and experience with Mortgage Documents
Familiarity with Mortgage Operations
Experience in Mortgage Servicing
Understanding of Mortgages in general

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Mortgage Operations
