Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to medical devices, including product information, order processing, shipping, and account management
  • Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and online chat inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues with medical devices, escalating more complex problems to the appropriate departments when needed
  • Process and track orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to healthcare providers and patients
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s product offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and quality assurance to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in the company’s database accurately and in a timely manner
  • Contribute to team initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and streamlining processes

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or related roles, ideally in the healthcare, medical device, or manufacturing industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage difficult conversations and build rapport with diverse customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with CRM software or customer support systems
  • Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM and be available every fourth Saturday
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid environment after training
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
