Job Responsibility:
Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to medical devices, including product information, order processing, shipping, and account management
Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and online chat inquiries promptly and professionally
Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues with medical devices, escalating more complex problems to the appropriate departments when needed
Process and track orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to healthcare providers and patients
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s product offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
Work collaboratively with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and quality assurance to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery
Document customer interactions and resolutions in the company’s database accurately and in a timely manner
Contribute to team initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and streamlining processes
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
1-3 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or related roles, ideally in the healthcare, medical device, or manufacturing industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage difficult conversations and build rapport with diverse customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with CRM software or customer support systems
Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM and be available every fourth Saturday
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid environment after training
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
