Job Description:

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Healthcare industry, located in Miramar, Florida, 33025, United States. The selected individual will be responsible for a range of tasks including managing customer communication channels and providing ad-hoc support to the customer service team. We are only looking for candidates who can start ASAP.

Job Responsibility:

Effectively manage inbound and outbound client calls
Ensure accurate and prompt data entry and order processing
Utilize online chat to provide exceptional customer service
Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
Contribute to the customer service department as needed
Maintain and update customer records regularly
Handle email correspondence with professionalism and promptness
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for customer service tasks
Provide ad-hoc support for the customer service team

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
Proven skills in answering inbound calls effectively and professionally
Previous experience in a call center customer service environment is desirable
Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care
Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accurate and timely input of information
Experience in email correspondence, demonstrating excellent written communication skills
Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls, managing patient inquiries and concerns
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, demonstrating strong computer literacy
Experience in order entry, ensuring all patient orders are processed accurately and efficiently
Ability to schedule appointments, coordinating between patients and healthcare professionals for optimum service delivery
