Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an onsite role in the Twin Cities, MN. The position entails providing exceptional service to customers via various channels such as calls, emails, and messages, as well as managing customer accounts, processing orders, and resolving concerns.

Job Responsibility:

Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers while maintaining professional and friendly communication
Assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products, services, or policies
Process orders, track shipments, and manage customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting all interactions using CRM software
Identify customer needs and suggest improvements or add-ons to enhance their overall experience
Follow company guidelines and workflows while ensuring compliance with customer service standards.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a customer service, call center, or support role preferred, but not required
Exceptional communication and active listening skills with the ability to demonstrate patience and professionalism in challenging situations
Comfortable using computer systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail
Multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and maintain a positive attitude while balancing multiple tasks
High school diploma or GED required
additional education is a plus
Willingness to work fully on-site in the Twin Cities area.
