Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Handle inbound calls and inquiries from lawyers and law clerks (approximately 70% phone-based)
Process orders for residential title insurance and address related inquiries
Provide updates and information on title insurance and other real-estate-related products
Interact with lawyers and clerks, delivering excellent customer service under tight deadlines
Ensure accuracy in document processing and file management

Requirements:

Strong customer service skills, with experience in client-facing roles
Knowledge or experience in real estate (law clerk experience is ideal but not required)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and occasional difficult customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems
